1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between Sichuan Xingmin Culture Media Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") and you ("User") regarding software licensing and technical services provided through the Xingmin Digital Platform.

By accessing, browsing, placing an order, or paying for services on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. Nature of Service

This platform provides authorization, deployment guidance, and related technical services for MetaTrader Expert Advisor (EA) software only. It is a software and information-technology service, similar to software licensing and paid digital knowledge products.

We do not provide investment advice, asset management, entrusted trading, profit guarantees, or any form of financial recommendation. Descriptions, screenshots, logic summaries, and demos are for understanding software features only and do not guarantee future returns, win rates, drawdowns, or trading outcomes.

Markets involve uncertainty. You must make independent decisions and bear all risks. Please purchase rationally for learning and technical evaluation within your risk tolerance.

3. License Scope

License Keys may only be used to activate the specified EA on the agreed platform (MT4/MT5), bound account(s), and license period. Transfer, rental, sharing, cracking, or unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.

You are responsible for accurate account information. Losses caused by incorrect account numbers are borne by you.

Software must be used lawfully and in compliance with broker and regulatory rules.

4. Orders and Delivery

Orders are voluntary. Prices and periods are as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers.

After successful payment, delivery is complete when the License Key is displayed. Safeguard your key promptly.

5. Refunds

Due to instant digital delivery, refunds are generally not available after payment unless required by law or caused by our failure to deliver a valid license.

Duplicate charges or missing keys may be reviewed via customer support.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform content and software rights belong to us or lawful rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited unless separately agreed (e.g. source-code purchase).

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or trading losses arising from use or inability to use the service or software.

You acknowledge voluntary purchase and that our content is not investment advice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at our registered address after friendly negotiation.
